According to numbers compiled by the International Business Awards, more than 3,700 nominations were sent in for the 2022 competition. Applicants range from across industries with a special focus on technological advancement. For Online Trading Academy, that meant focusing on advancements with the software, Stratos.

Steve Albin is the VP of Product Operations at Online Trading Academy. Albin took point with messaging after OTA was nominated for an award at the IBA’s. Remarking upon the innovation possible through Online Trading Academy’s digital coursework, Chief Tech officer Eyal Marmareli added, “OTA loves to be blazing a new trail. In early 2020, challenging world events necessitated significant changes in the way we deliver our training to students.”

Marmareli was speaking about the COVID-19 crisis and its corresponding shutdown of the international world. Taking advantage of this space in time, OTA was able to secure both a Gold and Silver award at the International Business Awards for their efforts in innovation.

The CTO Marmareli added, “Guided learning/video is a space that is under-utilized in the business technology space.”
